    Requests for Consultancy generally come from professionals in a position of responsibility, staff teams who wish to work more effectively and from organisations when they are facing particular issues such as low levels of motivation, redundancy, conflict and change.

How Leone Centre will work with you

The focus of consultancy is on learning from experience and on action research. Central to our methodology is a deep level of collaboration in exploring, reviewing, thinking about problems, culture and current practices.

Working with our consultants might involve one or two, or a series of meetings, a day conference event working with individual groups and inter-group relations, or other jointly agreed formats tailored to the nature of the organisation’s needs.

Teaching on the theory of groups and on organizational development from a psychodynamic perspective may be included as part of the consultancy.

Sharing your experience and thoughts with an organisational consultant can create a space to help free up ones mind to think more clearly towards a resolve or develop a capacity to hold and work with the things that aren’t easy to change.

You will be invited to explore the presenting issue that helped you to seek out a consultant and what meaning it has in your working life. At the initial meeting, our consultant will discuss the best methodology to work with you, you might choose an organic, emergent process, allowing themes and issues to emerge from ‘below the surface’ or choose to work within a more structured functional frame.
