We offer an approach to help employers manage sickness absence and the return to work of employees as quickly as possible following episodes of ill health.

We value the different and unique needs that you have, whether this involves getting employees back to work, job retention/workplace assessment or advice and consultancy on specific occupational issues. We will work in partnership with you to get the best possible outcomes for all sides.

We provide Vocational Rehabilitation services to:

- Insurance companies to assist with the assessment and treatment of policy claimants

- Human Resources/Occupational health personnel needing assistance with job retention/absence management/ return to work plans for their employees

- Businesses who require an Independent third party assessment to assess the situation and way forward with employees who have been off sick with psychological issues for some length of time
